Batu Caves / Petronas Twin Tower / KL Tower

Batu Caves, also a tourist spot. Before heading to 272 stairs up to the cave which is approximately 400ft above ground level, start off with Pillaiyar temple. View the 42.7m high golden statue the world's tallest statue of Lord Murugan just beside the stairs.
The limestone forming Batu Caves is said to be around 400 million years old and the most southerly lying outcrop of limestone in the northern hemisphere.
In 1891 temple founder, Thamboosamy Pillai, laid foundation stone and installed a "murti" or consecrated statue of the Arulmigu Murugan Temple. In 1892 First Thaipusam festival celebrated was celebrated.
Have lunch and proceed to the KL Tower in the heart of the city (Kuala Lumpur) with entrance ticket up to the Observatory deck, a 421m high telecommunications and broadcasting tower. It also claims to house the highest McDonald's in the World. This tower has an Observation deck, to get a bird's eye view of the city. It ranks fourth amongst the tallest telecommunications towers in the world, constructed and completed in May 1996 designed to withstand wind pressures of up to 90mph.
Next, visit the the Petronas Twin Towers for a night view, and photo shots. Window shop at KLCC Suria Shopping Complex. Come out of the building to photoshot of the crystal night view of the tower.

Petronas twin towers is Kuala Lumpur’s tallest skyscrapers, of 452m/1,483f, 88 stories each of the 100-acre development, the Towers standing majestically at 452 metres have been acknowledged by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat as the tallest buildings in the world, designed and created by renowned architect, Cesar Pelli & Associates of the USA was selected through an international design competition held in 1991.
Attached to each Tower on the 44-storey is the side tower or annexe, which provides an architectural balance to the slender profile of the main Tower. A 58.4 metre sky bridge at levels 41 and 42 links the Twin Towers. The unique double-deck sky bridge stands 170 metres above street level with its arch support forming a symbolic gateway to the city centre, completed in 1997.
