Day 01 Arrival / Kuching City Tour (D)

Upon arrival at the Kuching Airport, meet and greet our tour guide.  Enjoy the city splendor while getting to know the history of Kuching through the iconic buildings and places. Kuching, the City of Cats, is home to many historic buildings like the old shop houses, Old Court House, Post Office, Square Tower and Tua Pek Kong temple. As part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, Kuching is a goldmine for gastronomy seekers where you can indulge in the creamy Sarawak Laksa or take a bite into the sweet delight of Kek Lapis Sarawak. 

Take a boat ride from Kuching Waterfront to the restaurant opposite to find foods that will tickle your tastebuds. The boat ride is an ideal way to see the historically significant buildings along the river that snakes across Kuching. Have dinner, and transfer to hotel. Free and easy. Overnight in Kuching.

Day 02 Sarawak Cultural Village / Kuching Wetland Irrawaddy Dolphin Wildlife Mangrove Cruise (B/L)

After breakfast, take an approximate 40-minute drive to the Sarawak Cultural Village. Visit the 7 replicas of Sarawak’s ethnic houses in the village and immerse yourself in the richness and diversity of the cultures. Up north of the city, see the beautiful view of the majestic Mount Santubong as you make your way to Sarawak Cultural Village. The award-winning living museum showcases replicas of all the major ethnic houses in Sarawak. After exploring, enjoy the captivating theatrical performance by traditional dancers. The cultural exhibition continues with a colourful performance at the theatre before you depart for your next sightseeing experience.

Have lunch, and proceed to your next journey, the Kuching Wetland Irrawaddy Dolphin Wildlife Mangrove Cruise. Go on a river cruising activity to spot Irrawaddy dolphins in their natural habitat and Proboscis monkeys atop the mangrove vegetation.You will get to see the rare Irrawaddy dolphin and other interesting wildlife, such as the proboscis monkeys. The pristine ecosystem also displays twinkling fireflies that can be seen at nightfall as the cruise comes to an end. Have dinner and return to hotel. Free and easy at own leisure. Ovenight in Kuching.

Day 03 Semenggoh Wildlife Centre / Annah Rais Longhouse / Ethnic Lunch / Hotsprings (B/L)

After breakfast, head south for a 20 minutes drive to the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre. The Semenggoh Wildlife Centre is where you will be introduced to the renowned great ape of Borneo, the orangutan. The centre is a haven for injured, orphaned, or captured orangutans, where the public can come and learn more about this rare and endangered ape species. Watch the graceful orangutans dine during feeding time at the platform while enjoying being surrounded by the verdant forest of the wildlife center. 

Next visit the Annah Rais Longhouse, where more than 80 doors or families live under one roof and experience the traditional Bidayuh tribe longhouse and enjoy a warm and hearty ethnic lunch prepared by the community. Sarawak’s Ethnic Lunch feast will be served by the generous host and friendly neighborhood. You will be introduced to learn about the versatile, unique uses of bamboo and other traditional features of the longhouse, as well as gain insight into the farming lifestyle of the Bidayuh community. 

Before going back to the hotel, you can kill some time in the nature by having a natural hot spa in the nearby hotsprings or taking some nice photos by the nearby waterfalls. Transfer back to your hotel. Have dinner,  free and easy at own leisure. Overnight in Kuching.

Day 04 Depart from Kuching International Airport (B)

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel before you check out. Our guide will pick you up from the hotel launch to the airport for your onward destination.
