Day 01  Airport/Kuala Lumpur (-)

Upon arrival, meet and greet our representative, pick up, transfer to hotel. Refresh and proceed for city tour, covering the Old Railway station, Moorish-style structure built in 1910 is no longer the jumping-off point for long-distance destinations, but its charms remain.

Independence Square, literally known as the Selangor Club Padang or simply the "Padang" and was originally the cricket green of the Selangor Club (now Royal Selangor Club). The Sultan Abdul Samad Building, which grandly overlooks the Dataran Merdeka or Independence Square, is one of the most significant landmarks built by the British. Designed by A. C. Norman who was inspired by Indian Moghul architecture, this building was completed in 1897 and housed the Selangor State Secretariat and later the Supreme Court before being abandoned for a number of years. It now houses the Ministry of Heritage, Culture and Arts.

After city tour, proceed to visit Batu Caves - Hindu Temple with 272 stairs, 400ft above ground level, 42.7m high golden statue the world's tallest statue of Lord Murugan and is a tourist spot. The limestone forming Batu Caves is said to be around 400 million years old and the most southerly lying outcrop of limestone in the northern hemisphere. Have dinner at nearby vicinity. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in KL.

Day 02 Putrajaya/Chinatown (B)

Have lunch at Batu Caves, proceed to Putrajaya, the futuristic township. Putrajaya sits on a magnificent 4,931 hectares spread. Its Master plan is designed along an axial tangent which runs from the northeast to southeast taking full advantage of the natural surroundings.About 40% of Putrajaya is natural. Lush greenery, botanical gardens are spread across the landscape enhanced by large bodies of water and wetlands, serves as the federal administrative centre of Malaysia. The seat of government was shifted in 1999 from Kuala Lumpur due to the overcrowding and congestion. Spend time till evening till the traffic in the city subsides.

Evening, drive back from Putrajaya and drop off at Central market on a free and easy at own leisure. It was built in 1888,and was an open wet market till 1970, for the traders and tin miners of the time. The market was demolished in 1985.  Ever since then the facade remained unaltered to retain it till early 1980s. In April 1986, the government face lifted to promote it as a Centre for Malaysian Culture, Arts and Handicrafts, officially known as Pasar Budaya (Culture Market), an art and craft shopping centre. A variety of handicrafts, souvenirs and batiks, all at reasonable prices. Visitors may even have their portrait painted or order custom-made crafts at the Central Market Annexe. Next the Kasturi Walk, covered pedestrianized lane is lined with kiosks and stalls, adding a vibrant al fresco ambience to the Central Market Kuala Lumpur. Later cross over the road to China town, shopper’s haven, albeit in a different league when compared to its more glamorous counterparts, Bukit Bintang and KLCC. A well-known shopping district, the whole area transforms into a lively and vibrant night market after dark, with hundreds of stalls selling all kinds of stuff at dirt-cheap prices, making it the most happening night market in the city. Have dinner, transfer to hotel. Overnight in KL.

Day 03  Kuala Lumpur/Genting Highlands (B)

After breakfast, proceed to Genting Highlands. Upon arriving Genting Highlands, we will drop you off at skyway cable-car station for return cable-car ride. Free and Easy tour at own leisure till evening 6.30pm. 

Genting Highlands is located at an altitude of 1,800 metres above sea level and is one of the most developed hill holiday resorts in Malaysia. Its temperature ranges from 15 °C to 24 °C throughout the year and is a place for one to escape the heat of the cities. It takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to drive up the hill from the city of Kuala Lumpur, a distance of 51km, called the City Of Entertainment and rightly so as you will be able to enjoy the various attractions and modern facilities on this hill resorts.

The Genting Skyway is the longest cable car in South East Asia. You will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the tropical forest and valleys from the cable car. It has 6 hotels with more than 10,000 guest rooms The First World hotel is the biggest hotel in the world. The nation's only casino is located here.

Genting International Convention Centre has hosted many world class conferences, seminars and meetings and has more than 90 dining outlets. KFC, MacDonald, Chinese restaurants, western restaurants and other fast food chain restaurants located here.

Evening after 6.30pm, we will pick you from the skyway cable car station, transfer back to hotel. Overnight in KL.

Day 04  Kuala Lumpur (B)

After breakfast, proceed to visit the KL Tower with entrance ticket up to the observatory deck, a 421m high telecommunications and broadcasting tower which actually appears to be taller than the Petronas Towers, because it is built on a hill, amidst the city of Kuala Lumpur stands the Menara Kuala Lumpur at 515m above sea level. Menara Kuala Lumpur ranks fourth amongst the tallest telecommunications towers in the world and was constructed over a period of four years and completed in May 1996. Menara Kuala Lumpur is designed to withstand wind pressures of up to 90mph.

After visiting the KL Tower, proceed to Petronas Twin Towers, the highest building in Kuala Lumpur. Take some daylight photo shots of the towers from outside and (Optional) visit the 41st floor Skybridge and the 86th floor for a bird view of Kuala Lumpur city at your allocated booking time, 45 minutes tower view with entrance ticket. Window shop in KLCC Suria Mall and enjoy the fountains, gardens and tak photo shot. Petronas Towers are the highest buildings in Kuala Lumpur. It also claims to house the highest McDonald's in the World. This tower has an observation deck, where you finally can manage to get a bird's eye view of the city. The Petronas Towers typically light up at dusk or roughly 7 PM every day. The shine of the lights is accompanied by the Lake Symphony Water Fountain Show in KLCC Park till 10.30pm. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in KL.

Day 05  Kuala Lumpur (B)

After breakfast, pack up and check out, proceed to the New Royal Palace in Jalan Duta, designed to exude a regal image representing the constitutional monarchy that is one of the pillars of the nation.

The palace complex has an area of 97.65 hectares, 22 domes, split into three main portions, the Formal Component, Royal Component and Administration Component. At night, the Istana Negara is more breathtaking and picturesque as the dome will take on different hues and the colour of the lighting will vary depending on the official function that is being hosted inside the palace. The 14th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah, is the first King installed at the palace.

Next, visit the Tugu Negara or National Monument stands in a 12 acres land of the Kuala Lumpur Lake Gardens was erected in honor of the fallen heroes of the 1st and 2nd World Wars, as well as the Malayan Emergency from the years 1948 to 1960. It is located on a hill next to the Malaysian Parliament House. A ceremony is held here every year on Heroes Day, 31st July, to mark the nations respect for the fallen heroes. Be there on that day and you'll get to see our national leaders in person. The ceremony is usually attended by the Malaysian King, the Prime Minister and the head of Royal Malaysian Armed Forces.

It is sculptured by Felix de Weldon an Austrian American. The height of the Sculpture is 15 metres. There are 7 bronze figures of soldiers, each of which symbolizes leadership, suffering, unity, vigilance, strength, courage and sacrifice. 5 of the figures represents the victorious allied forces while the other 2 figures that lie on the ground represents that of the defeated communist forces.

Proceed to KL Bird Park, situated right in the heart of the city with only 10 minutes drive away from Kuala Lumpur a home to more than 3,000 birds of approximately 200 species of local and foreign birds. The KL Bird Park is also well known as "World's Largest Walk-in Aviary with 20.9 acres of verdant valley terrain, located in the serene and scenic Lake Gardens. 

The park is divided into 4 zones; Zone 1 and 2 make up the free-flight zone; Zone 3 is the Hornbill Park and Zone 4 is where the birds are placed in separate cages and mini aviaries. The most extraordinary feature is that in Zone 1, 2 and 3, birds are let free in the aviary which closely resembles their natural habitat. With this free-flight concept, birds are able to breed naturally in this unique environment. Visitors will have an exciting experience of watching colourful and melodic birds perching and winging about freely while relaxing in a natural and beautifully landscaped surrounding. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in KL.

Day 06  Kuala Lumpur/Pulau Ketam (B)

After breakfast, check out and preapare yourself to face an infrustuctural vibrant city to a slow-paced island of a traditional crab village or locally called Pulau Ketam, located off the coast of Port Klang, and experience the unique lifestyle of fishermen, which is only accessible by air conditioned ferries. The trip takes approximately 45 minutes. It is a great destination for a trip from Kuala Lumpur. The island is actually one big mud hill, barely raised above the surface of the Strait of Melaka. 

Upon arrival, our representative will transfer you to the hotel for check in. Early check in is subject to availability). Otherwise, put your luggage at the hotel store and proceed to venture the fishermen town free and easy till lunch. Approximately at 12.30pm return to the hotel for check in. After check in,refresh. Our representative will lead the group for lunch from the hotel. After lunch, you are free to enjoy the Island at your own leisure.

The “floating houses” that come to view as visitors approach the island is a sight to awe any city slickers. Sitting on long wooden stilts, these dwellings are suspended about one to ten (1-10) metre above sea level. Seafood is a natural wonder of this isle, and is renowned for fresh crabs, prawns and fish. It is indeed a seafood gourmet’s paradise! Famous delicacies are chili crab, pepper crab, steamed fish and shellfish, it is all deliciously prepared and easy to wash away with a cold drink.

History behind this island, Malaysian fishermen of Chinese descent came regularly to the mud hill, to fish for crab. Halfway through the 19th century, a few of these fishermen thought that it would be useful to build a house there, to occasionally spend the night. More and more Hokkien and Teochew Chinese followed and 30 years later almost 100 fishermen lived on the island between the mangrove forests.

When the WWII broke out in the then Malaya,and was taken over by the Japanese. many fled from the main land to the island and the population of Pulau Ketam increased tenfold. This was good for the economy. The collection of houses is now turned out to be a village and the first regular ferry service was opened. 

Now the stilt houses that are connected by concrete dykes and bridges have got a hospital and a school. There are shops and restaurants and even a number of hotels, and there are several smaller jetties around the island. The grey and brown colours of the mud and wooden houses, turned into beautiful bright colours with blue, green, yellow and turquoise attraction, the first thing you notice when you set foot on ‘land’. Just behind the harbour you can see some shops renting out electric bikes, and it is the only means of transport allowed on the Island. There is no too many traffic rules and helmets available, but all you have to do is always stay on the left hand side of the road. Be tactful with the bike on sliding uphill paths.

The island has some nice Chinese temples, particularly the Snake Temple with a giant snake kept in a cage in front of the temple. 

The nightlife is pretty sparse, although there is an 80’s style karaoke pub.

After a whole day of adventure, meet our representative at the hotel for dinner. After dinner, return to the hotel. Overnight in Pulau Ketam.

Day 07  Pulau Ketam/Departure (B)

After breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for your onward destination.
