Summer (June to August)

Summer is the perfect weather making it the most popular time of the year to visit Europe with tourists flocking to the continent in huge numbers during the season. France, Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, Spain, Italy, Greece in Western and the Southern. Europe is the busiest tourist hubs during summers.

Weather

Delightfully warm and comfortable weather most countries of Europe, except for the Mediterranean coast which gets quite hot at this time of the year.

Facts

-Crowded, extremely busy and high accommodation rates Peak season).

-Outdoor spaces such as beaches and places like Madrid or Florence should be best left to be

 enjoyed in the evenings. Heavy rainfall in Paris is common around July. 

-In Moscow it is advisable to carry sunblock /intense heat /heat waves

-Remember to pack an umbrella for shelter from unexpected summer showers.

-Do not wear shorts if you plan to visit any orthodox cathedral.  

Autumn (September to November)

Autumn is the shoulder season for tourism in Europe. It is best for visiting Netherlands, Belgium or Sweden.

The temperature and weather during autumn is cool and pleasant enough to travel around Europe. Rains are fairly common, making the weather wet and cold at times.

-Prices of boarding and lodging drop to a considerable extent.

-Best time for those interested in hiking at the Alpine trails.

-Mediterranean Europe (France, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Greece) remain busy and expensive.

-A pair of rain boots and warm clothes is essential items to carry.

Winters (December to February)

Winters in Europe are particularly brutal. Weather is considered, with the temperature dropping to -10 C in some places like Russia or Poland.

-Enjoy activities like skiing, watch the northern lights in Iceland, glaciers of Norway or visit Russia to

 witness the breathtaking Christmas and New Year festivities at Moscow’s Red Square.

-A great time to see an opera.

-Flights and hotel accommodations are quite cheap at this time of the year.

-Most attractions are shut down during winters with many towns turning into ghost towns as the

 locals set out to warmer places to spend the season.

-Northern Europe experiences the coldest of climate during winters with possibilities of blizzards too. 

-Pack several warm clothes to layer yourself up with thermals, cardigans and a waterproof coat.

Spring (March to May)

Spring brings with it unparalleled natural allure to the continent.

This season sees many wonderful music festivals.

-Southern Europe with its newborn greenery after white winters is the finest sight to behold.

-France, England, Scotland, Hungary and Ireland are the best places to visit in Europe during this season.

-Most attractions reopen and outdoor activities are back. Being a low period for tourist visits, it is also  cheaper to travel to

 Europe at this time.

• Travel Insurance and Medical claim from departure till arrival date implies and end at country of origin.

• Czech Republic needs a Special pass/Sticker crossing border.

• Currency fluctuations and fees charged by your credit card company are at your own cost.

• Approximately $50.00 difference in transaction fees through Visa/MasterCard are standard is at your own cost.

• Please enquire if you wish to pay with Amex to see if acceptable.

• Should you wish to amend a booking, once deposit paid, an amendment fee of EUR€30 will apply.

• Cancellation fees take effect once deposit paid.

• Motorhome Company only guarantees a vehicle group with the number of seats and sleeping places not a specific layout or model as vehicles is changed regularly.

• Please also note that the seating and sleeping places are shown with the maximum number of persons possible.

• Reservation and bookings of Motorhome has not been made till confirmation and payment received.

• Balance due 8 weeks prior to collection. Amount is subject to exchange rate changes.

• Final rate will be revised among the group if any less or more guest upon confirmation.

• You are required to leave a security deposit at the time of pick up (Excess amount approx. €1200), can only be paid by credit card at the depot and is actually charged to your card.

Motorhome specifications:

• Three different filling hose connection/ gas adaptors are used in Europe : Bayonet, Claw gun and ACME

• threaded and there is a knack for connecting them to the pump as the hose has to lock on firmly to the

• adaptors. If you are travelling thru various European countries ensure you speak to the depot at pick up for

• further details on where to obtain adaptors and how they work or what the alternatives are. This may not

• always is an issue as you do get two gas bottles which under normal conditions lasts many weeks. Perhaps

• just ensure your bottles are both full when you leave your start country.

Notification:

• Country side Google driving route will be submitted to client upon deposit paid.

• Sightseeing walking guide will be submitted to client upon deposit paid.

• Full day to day itinerary with driving route, campsite parking, and sighseeing walking guide and other travelling guide will be submitted to client upon deposit paid.
